I began working in Real Estate in 2005 while living in Connecticut. My brother was a Realtor and it was there that I followed his footsteps into the trade. I found myself falling in love with what I do because I fell in love with the people and the process.
Real estate is more than a job to me. I see it as an investment into people's futures. The incredible feeling I get when helping a family find their dream home, or sell their house , makes what I get to do fun and worth it!
Every family and every transaction is different and when it is a new experience... it can be intimidating and overwhelming for my buyers and sellers. I love being the person that walks them thru the process and I am committed to giving them 100% towards making sure they are happy and well informed. My goal will always be to meet as many of their wants and needs in every transaction while staying within their budget.
This industry is all about the people. I'm proud to say that I've been lucky to have repeated clients for years. I've helped families buy a house and have helped them to sell that same house years later. The value in being trusted is something that I believe should never be taken for granted. I'm the guy that enjoys doing the leg work so you can enjoy the next chapter in you and your family's lives. I love being a realtor and I'd be honored to be yours!
Sam was always looking out for my best interest. He never gave up on looking for the right house. We could never be happier with the team work he put together to make our dream come true!
Sam was a wonderful help during our home buying experience. He was very patient with our requests and took time to look at various properties with us. Also, he was experienced in the process expertise and guiding us through the whole experience.
Sam was very knowledgeable about the area that we were interested in and he knew what we were interested in by the first day of looking. By the end of the weekend he felt like family and we would recommend him to anyone that is in need of a property in Florida.
